Terms and Conditions

By using our website you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions as stated below:

A Contract for the supply of goods or services is only deemed to exist between you and Shrewsbury Marine once an email confirming your order has been sent and payment has been successfully made. Credit and debit cards are debited before items are shipped by ourselves. We will not send an "alternative" version of the goods unless specifically agreed in writing by both parties. If prices change from those displayed, we will always notify you by email to obtain written agreement before shipping.

Making a Purchase: Please browse our site and add items you wish to buy into the shopping cart, proceed to checkout and follow instructions for payment. If you prefer not to put card details on line, please feel free to phone us to place the order and give your card details. We accept most debit/credit cards but not American Express at present.

Shipping: We aim to ship within 3 business days if item is in stock. If item is not in stock we will order in for you so long as supplies can be obtained within 30 days - however, we will always email you if the item is not in stock, with the option for you to cancel if you would rather not wait. We only ship within the U.K. at present.

Postage Costs: These are dependent on weight and will be displayed on line before you finally make the purchase.

VAT: This is calculated at the UK government set rate at time of order (currently 15%). Some items are classed as VAT exempt e.g. children's wet suits/lifejackets and most books and charts.

Returns: Your right to return goods is protected under the E.U. Distance Selling Directive. You must return goods to us in good and unused condition if you cancel the Contract in writing within the 7 working days allowed in the EU Directive. We will require you to pay the return delivery charge.

Privacy Policy: Shrewsbury Marine will not disclose personal information to third parties.
